Remote Proctoring Partner for MathCounts
MonitorEDU is a remote proctoring company that assists MATHCOUNTS in
providing test security for online contests. The service virtually connects
competitors to human proctors who will monitor and review live video
streams of participants. Proctors are available throughout the process to
assist students with issues related to the proctoring technology. Only
videos of any suspected contest rule violations will be stored after the
contest, and only the employees of MonitorEDU and MATHCOUNTS will
have access to them.
The cost to be proctored for MATHCOUNTS using MonitorEDU is $15.
Before the contest date, please register and pay for your session
1. Have your parent go to mathproctor.com.
2. Complete parental permission document.
3. Pay for proctoring service and save the receipt #.
4. Test your camera on the same device you will use for proctoring on
testing day. It should have the minimum specifications listed below.

On the day and time of your contest session, connect to your proctor
5. After registering you will receive a confirmation email with the link to
connect to the proctoring service, click that link to launch the tool and
then login to the AoPS Competition Platform to begin the MATHCOUNTS
competition.

-Operating System: Windows 10, MAC O/S, or Chrome O/S
-Browser: Chrome or Chromium Edge
-Internet: Min 1Mbps upload and download
-Must have working webcam & microphone
